Bus Driver Charged with Abuse

State Police in New Scotland arrested Adam Miller, 27, of Albany, for Sexual Abuse and Endangering the Welfare of a Child on Thursday, June 5. The arrest followed an investigation into the alleged abuse of a six-year old girl.

Miller, a former substitute bus driver in the Guilderland School District, was arraigned in the Town of Guilderland Court and was released on $10,000 bail, police said. The court ordered Miller to have no contact with the victim.

He is scheduled to appear again on June 26. Miller pled not guilty.
