One vote. That's the margin in the Malta town supervisor's race and the winner is incumbent Republican Supervisor Paul Sausville, who has defeated challenger Cynthia Young.
16 days after election day, a Halfmoon judge has decided to toss out two disputed ballots that had been cast for Young, because of writing on the back.
Sausville says he understands the message of this election, people in the community are concerned about growth brought on by Global Foundries.
Sausville now assumes the chairmanship of the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors.
