Guilderland High School students turn themselves in on cyberbullying charges

4 Guilderland High School students, believed to be involved in the production of a hardcore rap video that names names and leaves nothing to the imagination, have been charged with cyber-bullying, and will be in court early next month. The video garnered widespread attention when it was posted to YouTube.

The four have been identified as Michael Malone, Giovanni Santoro, Joshua Thompson, and Parker Carmichael all of Guilderland.

Police Capt. Curtis Cox says all will be tried as adults, and could face up to a year behind bars if convicted. They've also been suspended indefinitely from school.
